Fee Structure

• Tenant placement fee: Half a month’s rent plus a $150 handling fee, collected in a one-time payment.

• Management fee: Normally 8% per month, but with a discount, it is 6% per month. The one-time handling fee is discounted to $85.

• For non-resident landlords, 25% of the rental income must be paid to the tax authorities. Annual NR4 tax filing fee: $250 plus tax.

• Exclusive agency period: 2 months. During this period, the landlord is not allowed to find tenants themselves or through other agents. Breach of this agreement will incur a penalty of $250.
